Training sessions are catered to each individuals personal goals; including nutrition and exercise advise and planning.

CLASSES
Trekking 
Trekking is 60 minutes of exercise to boost your fitness level: two 20 minute cardiac workouts with 20 minutes of strength / core conditioning. Guaranteed to boost your fitness and jumpstart your metabolism. Trekking runs in 4 week intervals. Choose from 1 or 2 sessions per week that suit your schedule. Class size is limited.

Swim Fit

A 8 week structured swim workout great for improving technique and practicing drills. Perfect for anyone who loves to swim or is planning to do a triathlon. Coached by a certified swim instructor Class size is limited.

Boot Camp

Sweat it Out and Soak it Up! Join us for a one-hour group class led under the guidance and close attention of a certified instructor. Classes are held outdoors around Stanley Park and Coal Harbour with the snow-capped mountains as a backdrop. Way more fun than the gym!
