Vancouver Personal Training

Training sessions are catered to each individuals personal goals; including nutrition and exercise advise and planning.

Personal Training Aqua Fit

A swimming pool exercise training program that emphasizes cardio vascular fitness as well as muscle conditioning and stretching. A variety of equipment and water depths will be utilized to challenge your strength, endurance and stability. A great low-impact, high intensity workout for all fitness levels. MBody Aquafit is coached by our certified swim instructor and personal trainer. Classes are 60 minutes in length. Call us today for more information 604.891.5189.

Boot Camp

Sweat it out and soak it up! A 60 minute group class under the guidance and close attention of our certified instructor. Classes are held outdoors around Stanley Park and Coal Harbour with the snow- capped mountains as a backdrop. Way more fun than the gym!


Swim Fit

A structured 60 minute swimming pool workout great for improving technique and practicing drills. Coached by a certified instructor.


Pool-Side Yoga

Introducing our newest escape at MBody. Our yoga classes take place beside the tranquil waters of our spa lap pool nurturing inner harmony, balance and renewal.
