Spa Services Booking Policies
The following terms and conditions of MBody Fitness + Wellness Spa (hereinafter referred to as ":we", "our" or "us") apply to your reservations and by making your reservations by email you understand, acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation without notice if we become aware of or are notified of any fraud or illegal activity associated with this reservation.
Booking Availability Availability can change at any time during the booking process. Your reservation is confirmed when you receive an email confirmation.
Reservation Guarantee and Cancellation Policy:
- All reservations require; first name, last name, contact phone number, and credit card guarantee by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
- All rates are quoted in Canadian currency and are subject to applicable taxes which may change without notice.
- Cancellations; if you are unable to keep your appointment, kindly give 4 hours notice to avoid a 50% no show charge.
Third Party Reservations/Credit Card User It is the responsibility of the person paying to provide a written authorization with the following (No exceptions):
- Card holder's name and signature
- Card holder's address and telephone number
- Precise billing instructions
- Copy of front and back of credit card
- Guest name and arrival and departure dates
Third Party Gift Certificate Purchase It is the responsibility of the person paying to provide a written authorization with the following (No exceptions):
- Card holder's name and signature
- Card holder's address and telephone number
- Precise billing instructions for service and/or product purchase for the gift certificate.
- Copy of front and back of credit card
- Gift Certificate recipients first and last name, method of delivery and/or pick up.
- If a delivery is required a delivery charge will be applied to the gift certificate purchase.
Group Reservation Policies If you are booking a group reservation the following policies apply to your reservations:
- MBody Fitness + Wellness Spa must be contacted for our group bookings.
- Any special requests and event coordinating will be further discussed upon booking
- An event/party contract will be written and signed by the registering party who will then be responsible for all terms and conditions listed within the contract.
